Open Studio & Co-Making Subscription
Our open studio is ideal for anyone who works independently with clay, is looking for a fully equipped space as well as a community.
In our studio you will find all the tools and top tier machines as well as glazes and clay. Basic knowledge is required here - the open studio is unsupervised.
We offer two different options for using the open studio:

co-making subscriptions
Our co-making subscriptions are the cheapest way to use the studio regularly. You get a monthly quota of 20, 30 or 40 hours that you can use as you wish.

Additional hours for 9.5€ instead of 12.5€

Good to know
Do you also sell clay?
We have several different colored clays (white, red, black) in stock, both for turning on the wheel and for construction/sculpture. In addition to our clays, we also have porcelain. If you have any questions, we will be happy to advise you on which clay is best suited to your project.
For example, a bar of clay costs 15€ for 10kg // our recycled white clay costs 5€ for 5kg .
Of course, you are welcome to bring your own clay – it must be burnable at 1230°.
How does the burning process work?
Firing your pieces in the studio costs 6.5€ per firing/kilo . You can weigh your ceramics yourself before firing.
We fire at 950° and 1230°.
What should I be able to do to visit the open studio?
You should already know a little about sound before you come to the studio. Of course you can ask small questions and we have a very nice community, but basically the studio is unattended.
Of course, after 3 or 8 course sessions, you will already know enough to be able to work independently on the pottery wheel in the studio. Building with clay (without a pottery wheel) is also possible after the short formats in the studio.
Of course, you don't have to have taken a course at rami, you can also visit our studio if you have been to another studio before.

Can my child come to the studio with me?
Children aged 10 and over are welcome to come to the studio with their parents . There is a reduced rate of €6.50 per hour for children.
