Team Event - Reserve your date

Your celebration at rami ceramics

Spend your year-end celebration doing something with your hands. You shape your own ceramic pieces, have time to talk, and everyone takes home something that reminds them of the evening.

Flat rates from €420 excl. VAT, depending on group size. Details below.

How it works

A short introduction, then you get started. You shape, design, and decorate your own ceramic pieces, exactly as you like. No experience needed.

For Christmas parties we recommend handbuilding: relaxed, with plenty of room for creativity and conversation. If you'd rather work at the wheel, that's possible too, and we'll help you figure out which option suits your group size best.

After the workshop, we take care of glazing (one colour) and firing.

After about three weeks, you can pick up the finished pieces from us.

What's included

Guidance from our team, introduction and instruction, all materials, glazing and firing (bisque and glaze firing), pickup after approx. 3 weeks, aprons, tea and coffee.

Duration and group size

A session lasts about 2 to 3 hours. Groups start at 5 people. Our studio has 20 wheels, so up to 20 people can work at the same time. For larger groups, we combine wheel work and handbuilding, making room for up to 30 people.

Language and refreshments

Workshops can be held in German or English. You're welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks. Napkins, paper plates, glasses, cake forks, and a small fridge are available.

Special requests

Want to combine your celebration with a matcha, tea, or coffee tasting, or have a particular theme in mind? We're happy to plan it together with you.

Prices for a 2-hour event

Small groups (3 to 5 people)
€420 flat rate (each additional person +€85)

Groups of 7 or more
€750 flat rate for up to 10 people (each additional person +€75)

For larger groups or longer events, we're happy to put together a custom offer. All prices are excl. VAT.

Booking a date

Choose your preferred date, and we'll get in touch with you. Together we'll go through group size, technique, special requests, and the exact schedule. Your Christmas party is only confirmed once that's done.

If your preferred date isn't available, or you have questions, write to us at events@rami-ceramics.com. We'll try to find a date that works and answer anything you're wondering about.

Cancellation

Since we reserve staff, materials, and studio time for your celebration, the following terms apply. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 14 days before the date. Between 7 and 14 days before the date, 50% of the agreed price applies. Within 7 days of the date, or in case of no-show, the full amount is due.

You can change the number of participants up to 10 days before the event by email. That final number is what the invoice is based on.
