Spend a relaxing time full of peace and creativity at our clay and matcha workshop. Immerse yourself in the world of ceramics. Our teaching staff will show you how to make your own chawan (tea bowl) and there will also be a rami tea matcha tasting.
What you can expect:
Chawan making: The workshop begins with a practical part in which you shape your own unique chawan (tea bowl) out of clay. Our experienced teacher will guide you step by step and ensure that even beginners can create a great piece.
Matcha experience: Immerse yourself in the world of Matcha! Learn more about the history and meaning of this strong green tea and taste the high-quality Matcha from rami tea.
Whether you are a matcha lover or just want a unique, creative experience, this workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to relax and discover the special features of matcha and clay.
All materials, firing costs and glaze are included in the workshop price. You can pick up your chawan 3 weeks after the workshop. All chawans will be glazed transparent.
Suitable for all levels and ages. Dependent on the date, the course language is German or English - please select the date according to your preference!
Courses take place with a minimum of four participants. Should a course be cancelled on our end, we will of course offer a rebooking or a full refund.
